The Biggest Dog on the Catwalk
Archie a hit at the Angels Fall Fashion Show
On October 20, the
Angels hosted the Annual Fashion Show. It was a
big day - my first fashion show! The music was blaring and the lights were
bright. I had on my very best outfit - my tuxedo bib. I was fully de-schnarfed
and I was looking hot! Then, it was my turn to strut my stuff on the runway. At
my cue, my partner and I started down the runway. All of a sudden, I got a whiff
of that yummy lunch everyone was eating and I got hungry. When I get hungry, I
start to drool. I didn't want to get drool on my new bib, so I stopped, shook off and started back down the runway. Then, I
heard all of this shrieking! I thought they were excited about how handsome I
was and what a great job I was doing. On my way back down the runway, I looked
over and saw what they had been shrieking about - a HUGE
schnarf landed right where one lady's plate had
been! She was so grossed out. I thought it was good timing that she was already
done with her lunch. It was so hilarious, I did the same thing on my second lap
down the runway - in the exact same spot! Overall, the fashion show was great. I
hope I get invited back again next year! you should come, too! Be sure to get
seats in the SCHNARF ZONE!
I Have a New Paw Pal
Fellow Therapy Dog Swaps Stories
I was so excited to hear about another therapy
dog who works at a place like Casa Pacifica! His name is Buzz and he's my
new paw pal. He works at Crossnore School in Crossnore, North Carolina. We're
going to be pawing each other notes and you can read them, too!

Surgery a Success
I am back and stronger than ever!
My surgery was a success and I am
healthier than ever before!
I am back to my daily routine of helping my kids, chasing bunnies, taking naps,
and earning treats. I want to thank everyone who sent me notes and donations,
visited me, and sent me good thoughts. I really appreciate it!

Archie's Kids
During
this holiday season, please keep my kids in mind. Some of them will not be with
their families for the holidays, either because they do not have families or
their homes are not safe. They will be spending the holidays with me and the
rest of the Casa Pacifica staff.
If you want to make things a
bit easier for the kids during the holidays, the best gifts are gift cards. Some
of their favorite places are: Target, Best Buy, movie theaters, fast food, and
clothing stores. My favorite place is PetSmart (hint, hint!)
